Background

Our client purchased this neglected bungalow in 2020 knowing it needed work. The existing property had a small kitchen, three small bedrooms and nowhere to make the most of the stunning views out over the Cynon Valley to the South. 

Our brief was to redesign the internal space with a large open plan; living, dining and kitchen area and to convert the loft into a master suite with a bathroom and a feature window to take in the views of the valley.
